As part of Tomorrow’s CENTRAL, the hotel will reopen on 1 June, showcasing its acclaimed seven Michelin stars on the 7th floor. These include the three-Michelin-starred and Green-starred Amber, together with SOMM under the helm of Chef Richard Ekkebus, alongside the three-Michelin-starred Sushi Shikon and one-Michelin-starred Kappo Rin. Guests will also enjoy the signature services of The Oriental Spa Studio, exclusively available at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.

A sanctuary of contemporary luxury, the hotel will complete its transformation in summer 2026 with redesigned spaces and elevated wellness experiences that embody the spirit of Central.
